About me

Hi, I’m Caroline, a lifelong learner with a passion for human relations, head-heart connection and how to live up to our potential. I’m an organizational psychologist, certified coach, and trainer. For the past 10+ years, I’ve supported teams, leaders and organizations in their transformations. I first worked many years as a consultant, and then worked in a large corporate as an in-house coach and facilitator, until I took the leap and started solo. What I’ve seen over the years is that it all starts with inner clarity, and the willingness to look at what is. My focus is to create a safe space, room for deep reflection, true alignment in order to create lasting learning, impact and action.

I’m originally from Berlin, but life brought me to Oslo, where I’ve been living and working for the past 10 years. I work in Norwegian, German and English 🇳🇴🇩🇪🇬🇧.
