Welcome to "The Emotions Strengths Journey"
– A 5-Week Exploration to Inner Clarity and Connection
Emotions are not just fleeting moods or reactions—they’re powerful inner messengers pointing to what’s truly important in our lives. Yet most of us were never taught how to listen to them, understand them, or work with them in a healthy, embodied way.
That’s why we’ve created this 5-week immersive journey, based on the Emotions Compass, a tool that helps you make sense of four essential emotions: anger, fear, sadness, and joy. More than just “feelings,” these emotions are deeply connected to underlying human needs—needs that, when unmet or fulfilled, shape how we experience the world and interact with others.
Each week, we’ll dive into one core emotion to explore:
How it shows up in your body and life
What needs it’s pointing to
How easily you can express or suppress it
How to befriend it rather than avoid or fear it
Practices to embody, integrate, and make peace with each emotion
Tools to better understand and respond to others' emotions—whether you're a leader, coach, parent, or simply someone seeking deeper connection
Week 1: Super Resources
We begin by grounding ourselves in emotional awareness.
You’ll discover your inner resources, personal emotional landscape, and how the Emotions Compass serves as a practical guide for the weeks ahead.
Week 2: Anger
Learn to recognize anger as a powerful force for protection, clarity, and drive.
Explore healthy expression vs. repression, and how to use anger as a guide rather than a weapon.
Week 3: Sadness
Sadness opens the heart.
We’ll explore the softness of grief, release, and the deep need for love, empathy, and connection it often reveals.
Week 4: Fear
Fear is not your enemy—it’s your internal radar.
Discover how to work with fear in a grounded, embodied way, and learn when it’s here to protect or when it’s keeping you small.
Week 5: Joy
We end with joy—not just happiness, but the joy that arises when you are truly in alignment with your interests and values.
Learn how to access and sustain joy more fully.
