Current Situation
Your current situation is not in harmony. You experience stress, e.g. with certain values, people, groups, or different roles you have.
Future Situation
You have a goal, want to achieve something, but you experience stress when thinking that you would achieve the future situation. Something is blocking you to achieve the goal.
Inner Conflict
You experience inner conflict. Parts of you want one thing, other parts something else. E.g. This could be an inner conflict between your own Dreamer, Critic, and Realist or other inner parts with conflicting interest.
